The lead researcher at Basic Lab spent nearly fifteen years working at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Research Centre for Natural Sciences before starting her own venture with colleagues. In their new venture, they have the opportunity to work specifically in their field of research, colloid chemistry, and develop products that they feel are missing from the market. Their work is inspired by everyday problems faced by themselves and those around them, such as absorption issues, fatigue, memory problems in old age, and joint issues.

Niki finds her true fulfillment in laboratory work. She enjoys the process of designing a product, conducting numerous experiments until it comes together, and then being able to test it to see if it produces the desired results or if any formula adjustments are needed.

Among the products in the Stilla product line, Niki's favorite is Mom Power, which was inspired by her own life experiences. Being a working woman, wife, and mother –all in one - is not easy in today's demanding world. Niki says it's challenging to remain cheerful, active, and energetic at the same time. The demands placed on women in today's society are high, and it's impossible to meet them on a daily basis, but Mom Power’s ingredients are designed help you stay on your feet all day.

Zoltán developed a love for chemistry back in school, and that love has endured. Nowadays, he is more involved in production, but he often participates in experimenting with new products and creating their ingredients.

Within the Stilla product line, he feels particularly close to the iron and fulvic products. He started taking a serious interest in iron when his partner was diagnosed with iron deficiency, and various iron supplements didn't help. Zoli played a significant role in the complexation of iron with fulvic acid. This way, iron can enter and be utilized by the body in its best form as there is a great difference in whether the body receives Fe2+ or Fe3+.

Eszter has been a member of the Basic Lab team since its establishment. She also worked at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences but wanted more freedom to conduct research and development. Eszter follows the entire journey of each product, from literature review to the final product. She enjoys researching, assembling ingredients and developing a product, which can take up to a year.

Eszter's pride is the Memory drops. After the Covid pandemic, many people struggled with brain fog, fatigue, and concentration problems, and they turned to Eszter for help on what they could take for these issues. This led to the research and formulation of the ingredients for the Memory drops. One of her favorite active ingredients is choline, which has been proven to have a beneficial long-term effect on cognitive brain functions.
